"I got an amazing pair of pants there. They have amazing styles. They also have puffer jackets that look like match, coffee, and strawberry milk! So cute! Montana helped us a lot! She told us this amazing homemade body butter recipe. We had great service there. Would go again for the puffer jackets and pants."
"Great experience at this Aritzia! I’m from Canada and a sweater I was looking for was sold out everywhere. I asked Montana (the best) if she had the sweater in store and she went above and beyond to help me find this sweater. She checked the store and checked the online US store. She found out there was one in Boston and got them to ship it over. Excellent customer service from her !! The best I’ve ever seen and it was only her 4th day working! Mary Grace was excellent help too to help me process the checkout."
"I have always admired Aritzia for its quality and style, but the unfortunate experience I had in your store today has forced me to reconsider my support for this brand. I felt blatantly racially discriminated against by one of your staff members. While waiting, I observed her serving the white customer ahead of me with a friendly and patient demeanor. However, when it came to my turn, her attitude was drastically different. She was visibly impatient and indifferent, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable considering the stark contrast in treatment. I believe every customer should be treated equally, regardless of their skin color. I urge the management of Aritzia to look into this matter. We live in a diverse society and racially discriminative behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I hope for an investigation into this matter and appropriate training for the staff member involved to ensure that everyone receives equal and respectful treatment in your stores. Thank you for understanding and taking action."
"I visited this Aritzia location for the first time. Although they had a super cute collection and variety I noticed a constant theme, most of the XS items I wanted to try had makeup smeared all over. Lots of the items were torn and/or dirty. I also wasn’t a fan of the no mirrors inside the dressing room. I didn’t like needing to come out and try each thing in front of everyone else. I would definitely continue shopping online but was not a fan of this location."
