"Going to the pharmacy should not be this hard. Every time I’ve gone up there or speak on the phone with somebody I’ve been an inconvenience. Just got off the phone with Monique at the pharmacy. She was very very rude so I had some choice words. She needs to find genuine happiness because this clearly is not the profession for her. I’ve tried over and over to be patient with these people."

"This pharmacy is fabulous! I switched from Harris Teeter in Ghent bc I could my prescriptions were either unavailable or I was given incorrect info regarding them. Since switching to Walmart, ZERO ISSUES. Quick, efficient and everyone is nice. Thank you!"

"I hope who ever hired that pharmacist read this.The customer service is so horrible in the pharmacy department. They act like we on the street somewhere. Very unprofessional they need a new pharmacist she has the longest nails and that’s first very unsanitary and just like the nails she has a nasty attitude. The girls in the back act like they paying me to come and pick up medicine. Not pleasant one bit. My daughter needs her medicine they act like they didn’t have it and it was in the back all the time."

"Absolutely terrible customer service, it's a 50/50 that they will be horrible to you when you are just kindly asking for information. I've been getting a Medicine from them for about a year now and after a call for a normal request to fill I'm switching. She was extremely rude and I was just asking to fill a prescription. This unfortunately happens so often at this location, I wasn't even asking for anything outlandish just wanted a routine prescription filled. It seems like they don't even give you basic human decency here, I generally try my best to avoid conflict."
