"Let me just say, I did not walk into walk into Walgreens expecting an AMAZING experience. It was actually my first visit to this Walgreens and was so thankful I met Shirley. She was not only incredibly kind and engaging with my daughter, she was very helpful in picking the right products for my skin. Thank you! I can't wait to go back!"

"Every time I get a prescription filled, I dread going to this pharmacy (I am in the process of changing pharmacies and will never be back to this one again). I’ve never gotten out of there in less than 30 minutes, no matter what day or what time of day I go. It also takes them at least 24 hours to fill most routine prescriptions, so don’t try to get anything in a hurry. Last time I had prescriptions filled I needed to ask a question about them so I called, and kept getting put on hold for over 30 minutes. Then, they were rude to me when I did ask my questions. Do yourself a favor. Pick any other pharmacy in Norfolk and you’ll have a better day than if you go to this Walgreens. Someday maybe the company will come in and fix this place, but in the meantime, it’s not worth the aggravation."

"Tried to call 3 different times to get an update on my daughters prescription. When I finally got through to someone they were extremely rude and when I stated I had been on hold for 30 minutes they said that because there’s only 2 people working they are very backed up. Cool, definitely understandable. However when I go in to pick up, the line is all the way in the aisle and it’s clear they aren’t helping anyone. Not in the drive thru, the phone, or in the line. Two employees, are just standing around and having a conversation. Like I heard their whole life story while I’m waiting in line 45 minutes to get the medicine my daughter needs. And they aren’t even multitasking, just standing in the middle of the pharmacy having a full conversation. It’s just straight incompetence that is running this place, it’s absolutely ridiculous."

"How can a Pharmacy be this bad. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. recently I get a text every time saying to call the Pharmacy to confirm my insurance (which hasn't changed in 15 years). The kicker is they don't answer the phone. You will sit on hold for an hour or two before someone picks up the phone and then hangs up. EVERY TIME! Why send a text saying to call??? My next stop is Wallgreens corporate to let them know how this franchise is operating. I am 100% over it."
