"Incredible pharmacy, incredible staff. I get my vaccinations here (Sarah was incredible & made it SO comfortable- and the pharmacy even informed me of a cycle I never completed!) and the pharmacy tech Taylor is so incredibly efficient every time I go in. Reaching them on the phone is SO easy & the guy that does the hold messages has a great voice too :) Everyone I’ve seen here genuinely cares about their job & about their customers, of all ages. AND! On top of it all!They’re part of an LGBT+ organisation in Richmond! Literally the best pharmacy, it’s not close."

"Called at 5:50 pm. There were 3 callers ahead of me. The message counted down and stated that I was next in line. At 6 pm, the initial greeting repeated. I assume that the employee left and abandoned the caller queue. When I called back, the greeting stated that there were 2 callers ahead of me; very unprofessional."

"We love Bremo! I'm so glad we switched to them. They are on top of medicine refills and have a really convenient automatic refill system. They are really considerate too. We always get a syringe with a line for the current dose for my daughter's medicine, and my pills have a minty taste. Bremo has saved our sanity- we used to wait an hour or more at CVS every time we needed medicine."

"I went through their medication management class and I loved it. It was very informative. I knew a little info about medications but now I feel even more equipped to do my job. The instructors kept me engaged. Even though I worked overnight before class I was able to stay awake because of that. Everyone in the office was very sweet and kind. That’s always a plus.
