"Apartments inside are never renovated ! Unless you move out , they don’t have an account with dominion so be careful ! Roaches and other infestations are very current . Leaks and pipe break downs are usually there but when asked to fix them they say no ? Ceiling heat and bubbles won’t be fixed and ACs break down every month it’s aggravating . Was once almost electrocuted to death !"

"Worst place I've ever rented from. The property Manager (Mary), is an unprofessional and dishonest person. After 3 years of not having any of my maintenance concerned attended to, and getting the runaround, when I decided to leave, she accused my wife and I of moving, because we couldn't afford the rent. Mind you, we have never had a late payment, or missed rent the entire time. The trash is overflowing on the premises often, because they don't pay the waste company in a timely matter. It was an all around bad experience, once All Pros and Mary took over the property. When I first moved there, it was owned my Howard Hanna, and it wasn't bad at all. All Pros and Mary, made it a horrible place to live, and I'm glad my family and I left when the final year of our lease was up"

"Mary is a crook and price gouging rent went from 925 with no repairs to 1400 .. I've been living here for 4 years and lived here when Howard hanna owned it.. don't move here you will be sorry."
