Crown Point Townhomes

"This community is close to my job so I decided to tour the property. The first thing I noticed was the friendliness of the office staff. Faith is the one who gave me the tour and answered all of my questions. I love the fact that they allow pets as I have a cat and her not coming with me isn’t an option. The townhouse I toured was spacious and updated and had a nice private back yard that’s fenced in. I haven’t committed 100% yet but this place is definitely at the top of my short list!"

"Living at Crown Point has had its moments. However, since the change in leasing staff and maintenance it has rapidly improved. The Property Manager Faith is always polite, respectful and helpful. I would recommend giving this place a chance."

"Crownpoint is getting really ridiculous!! Everything is going to hell out there!! Nothing has gotten better. There was a shooting 12/11/23!! Every since section 8 became free to move out here... Please do not move out here. You are entering Chi-Raq... My son was on the floor crawling for his life. Paying $1600 a month to live like this... Kids getting hit and killed by speeding cars to kids getting shot and killed. Where do the violence end at a place you call home? I will not let my emeny move out here... This is the projects slowly but surely being designed... DO BETTER CROWNPOINT!!! i"

"Crown point has made tremendous changes over the past few months.They have gotten a lot better with fixing things . Would also like to acknowledge Heather for working with me and helping me through personal hard times while living here. I enjoy my stay , in my nice spacious 3 bedroom ."
