"I miss this place! Unfortunately I had to move in 2023 due to a change in family dynamic, but I still miss this place. Even though I am at a new apartment , I know that The Birches were on top of things and the small things do matter. Things like making sure the trash area is tidy, maintenance coming in a timely fashion, the overall landscape. The management was superb and very friendly and willing to answer any questions."

"Community itself look nice and pretty quite thus far. Landscapping of the property overall nice. But our unit WAS NOT MOVE IN READY (Disappointing). Repairs/damages/ broken fixtures need to be done. But hopefully it will get done soon . And the office staff for the most part seem to be nice.Will see how things go as time goes by."

"Lived here from 2020-2021, I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was close to everything and I stayed on the 3rd floor so I had the high ceiling. Only issue I did have was a small leak in my ceiling. BUT Get rid of the old appliances, windows and doors too (ALL OF EM). Other than those things it was cool living here."

"The management team is very unprofessional. I was told there was no credit history when that is a lie and I have very good credit. I was also shown the property by Darius which was nice and he answered all questions as needed. Even though the tour was nice the prices for my deposit switched to double the rent (due to no credit history, which I do have) after being shown and told the price I needed for my move-in day. I was called and given the deposit price and told to pay in 72 hours then told I could pay 3 days from that day and the rest the following week THEN online it stated I had to pay the day I planned on moving in... I told Amy about this and she said, "SafeRent just generates numbers and that is how we got the number for your deposit" also stating, "The numbers online were randomly generated and they don't know why that number is there", meaning they can't follow through with what their website told me. Honestly even the emails they send you aren't verified by google, resulting in this all just being a SCAM...please save your time and money."

"The Birches is a fantastic place to live. I have been here four years now in two different apartments. I have enjoyed my living here and I just renewed my lease for another year. The office staff , Jordan, Darius, and Aimee are always super nice and the maintenace staff are on point!"
