Attain at Towne Place

"Very nice place. Be aware that the company will approve you and tell you are able to rent. Unfortunately they have given the power to the office manager to pick & choose on her behalf to finalize. Very disappointing process. Why tell someone looking for a home your approved then your not. Just say you're not approved. I'm 53 years old and have never experienced this process. Dianna is wonderful and went far & beyond to help during the application. You have the place welcome to the community and now you don't Wow. And by the way you can get your deposit back in 10 days . This process should definitely be looked at & reviewed."

"I was touring around for apartments for my daughter, and I walked inside Attain At Town Place to look around because I didn’t have an appointment. The office was busy with other clients but Steven and Joe were very helpful with questions I asked. They even showed me around the property. After walking around the property they introduced me to Heather and Daryl in the office. They were very kind and helpful, and even though we were just looking and shopping around at the time this place will be definitely a place to consider."

The office staff is awesome and very friendly, you can pop in the office talk to Dianna and Heather they greet you with a smile. The maintenance crew are on point, any maintenance issue are taken care of quickly and resolved. The building is always clean and smells good. We have great social events planned with family and neighbors. Truly a nice place to live."
