"Me and my wife moved here about a week ago and it’s okay so far. Brianna is great, the maintenance team that came by today was great and very professional. These are beautiful townhouses, the floors are amazing but my only pet peeve is neighbors being distant. Maybe it’s an over reaction but a strong neighborhood is one that is filled with kindness and respect to one another. It’s not a big deal right now and we just moved here so I shouldn’t make a big deal but it’s been alright so far…………….Fast Forward To Today, the management is still fantastic and they will look out for you in maintenance or a few other issues. The maintenance crew is fantastic they do get the job done, however my car was broken into and I think it’s one of the neighbors. Message To Trails Creek Townhomes Management be careful who you accept because the goal is to make the community safe not be in fear of coming home. I have a lot of great things to say about management and the maintenance"

"From the moment we had eyed a place in Hampton to now, the staff at Trail Creek has been exceptional! We had a minor maintenance issue, and the staff and maintenance team made a priority effort to make sure our needs were met. Any questions we've had, being newly employed in a new area, the staff was there to answer and ease our concern."

"I lived in Trail Creek during my last year in college. The best word that I can use to describe it is unprofessional. When I moved in, it was clear that my unit had not been cleaned. There was cat hair everywhere, stains on the carpet, smelled just like weed, cracks in the wall sealing, stains in the cabinets/drawers that were so harsh that I needed to use contact paper in all of them to cover them up, childlike artwork in pencil on the walls… overall, it was very dirty. There was one lady in the leasing office who tried to help with some of these issues, but she left about a month into me moving in. The leasing office had very poor communication with me that became very frustrating as a resident. Now that I have moved out and have experienced a few months in a nicer, newer apartment complex, with a better leasing office, I am truly seeing just how unprofessional Trail Creek is. Additionally, I just received a threatening email that I need to pay a move out balance that is due in seven days or else it’ll go into collections. I never even received the initial communication to pay this balance! The leasing office said that they had sent it to my new address in paper form, but I never received it because they sent it to the incorrect address. The worst/most confusing part is that they are charging me with multiple cleaning fees… cleaning fees for things that were absolutely filthy when I moved in."

"I rented at Trail Creek Townhomes for two years during a military assignment and absolutely loved living there! Out of all the neighborhoods I looked at, it was by far the cleanest and newest with the most modern layout. The design was very open (not a lot of extra doors and walls cluttering up the space) and felt larger than the actual square footage (which was already great). I selected a one bedroom apartment with carpet upstairs and wood floors downstairs, and I had a lot of natural light, especially in the bedroom. Any time I needed anything replaced or repaired, the maintenance staff responded quickly and provided excellent service (often on the same day as my requests). The neighborhood allows pets and had a very reasonable pet policy, and the grounds were well maintained. There's also a trail to a local park attached to the neighborhood, which is great if you're into running. My experience with the office staff was fantastic; as a military member, I had a lot of extra paperwork and hoops to jump through, and they were always extremely accommodating with all of the things I needed them to sign. If I'm ever stationed in the area again, I plan to rent one of their larger townhomes!"
