"Tonight, I came back from visiting family for a month and couldn't get into my apartment due to the smart rent lock battery not responding due to low battery. Called the line and requested maintenance and received a call from Anthony in a timely manner. He was super helpful and got me back into my apartment and showed me how to replace the batteries so this incident will not happen again. Thank you again Anthony for coming out of your way during after hours! You are greatly appreciated. On a side note, this apartment has been great for me overall."

"I recently visited Township Hampton Woods and had a tour. The community was beautiful and there was a new leasing consultant (I can’t remember her exact name but it started with a J) & she was amazing. She explained it was her first week but she seemed as if she had been there forever, she was explaining resident events and made sure I was as informed as possible about the community. Shoutout to Township for that great hire!"

"First I’ll like to thank Anthony Mitchell and the Maintenance team for being rockstars for working diligently to get me back into my apartment due to my unfortunate Smart Rent door lock malfunctioning. Smart Rent customer service was unable to help me troubleshoot to get into my apartment in after I stepped out of my apartment to throw my trash away. I did not take my phone with me so therefore I kept on getting the runaround when it came to getting into my own apartment. The touchpad would not turn on, o not know if it was due to the cold weather or not but I could not get back into my own apartment and get ready for work the next day. The maintenance team worked diligently and assured that I was able to get back into my apartment for work but I would suggest that something be done to eliminate minuscule issues like leaving out to take out trash and it turning into a problem."

"I have learned that i would rather have an old fashioned bolt lock anyday. We have smart locks on the doors in my complex. This morning we got Locked out of the apartment for hours beginning at 6 something am in 29 degree weather. The complex maintenance gentleman was pleasant and kind. He worked really hard for several hours to ensure that we were able get back into our home. He had to make several calls and still had to break the old lock off, replace the whole lock and reset everything. He worked diligently and made sure we were good. Thank you to my kind maintenance men without them we would still be outside!!!!!!"
