Quality Inn

"The room is not as advertised. Only smoking rooms have microwaves! “Not all rooms have them”. So only smokers get the advertised amenities. Apparently after driving all day(10hrs) and preparing my meals a head of time, now i have to leave the comfort of my room dress to go out in the rain and be watched in the Lobby as i heat may meals! Not ok. The room is close to the main road and you can hear the cars driving through the puddles on the main road. It also has a musty smell, the paint is peeling in the sink, no plug in the tub, and staff is lackadaisical persona. Update: microwave is on the “bottom shelf” in the lobby. it is burnt and disgusting."

"Great, Clean, efficient, & affordable! The rooms have mini-fridge, blowdryer, iron & board, etc. Most importantly; the ac/heater unit are clean and actually work"

"The roooms are really pretty basic and with the cheapest furniture Bath tub rusted full of stains and need a paint job. Nothing quality about this joint . It took 30 min to check in . While checking in the couple three spots ahead came back saying someone was in the room they were given! One other guest complained that the toilet would not flush and the desk lady said curtly it worked this morning and that they were overbooked n short on staff and was not going to do anything about it….. When it was my turn - I booked two rooms. She managed to give me twice the same room for two different bookings . We did not notice right away and had to go back I would NEVER GO back to this place ! I am sure at that price range you can do better I can’t believe I paid that much for such a dump"

"Old building. Poor attention to detail. For the last 2 days of our 4 day stay, there was hardly any food provided at b-fast. Items missing from room, told front desk, said they would fix & never did. No grab bars on tub/shower in standard rooms. Poor layout to entire building. Saw exposed wires in a stairwell. Vending machines very old. Some exterior lights not functioning. You have been warned.........."

"The pictures look amazing at their website but the reality was very different. Here are the things worth considering before you plan to book a room with them - 1. The rooms are not clean and hygienic- yes you can see dirt and dust and hair from previous guests in the bathroom and other places 2. THEY DO NOT SERVE YOU BREAKFAST EVEN WHEN THE WEBSITE SAYS SO! And NO they’re not sorry about it at all! 3. The hotel provided towel’s literally had hair stuck in them 4. The bedsheets from previous guests were not changed before we checked in. We checked out from our room cutting short our trip and this was a disappointing experience 5. the bathroom had no toilet paper, and it was dirty . 6. The attention and quality of the hotel are totally deficient"
