"Bed bugs and roaches, dead and alive. The location was convenient though as you can walk to a handful of restaurants, but the planes taking off from the nearby runway are ridiculously loud, so good luck getting decent sleep. The room would’ve been nice if it was clean; furniture wasn’t too shabby and the appliances were up to date, but the room hadn’t been swept since the last tenant, toilet wasn’t cleaned, there was no phone, and everything was just sticky feeling. I was half tempted to go to the main office and ask for a bottle of disinfectant. I found a pill bottle behind the bed. I stayed for all of maybe 3 hours while I booked a room at another hotel and never took my belongings out of my car. If you have kids please take them somewhere else. Didn’t feel all that safe. You get what you pay for"

"Always have the best time when I get to come to Hampton, Virginia that is the people who are tenants here at the ArrowInn & Effecenies are always so nice to me everytime I have come up here. It's always nice when someone remembers you from out of town like that."

"Not only are rooms clean and comfortable....the hotel owners are the absolutely the nicest people you could ever ask for when it comes to hotel living. Unlike other places they genuinely care about they're guest and needs.....the husband and wife are so caring and compassionate and do everything possible to make sure your happy and well taken care of.....I'm currently staying here with my son and son's father and they are actively working hard daily upgrading the rooms....if your looking for a great place to stay with a great atmosphere arrow inn and efficiencys is your best choice. You won't regret it....."
