"Would not recommend. Called, left various voicemails, and emailed the office for the better part of two weeks to set up an urgent follow up appointment. Calls went unanswered and I received no response. With only a few doses of my medication left I had to ask my primary care doctor to refill my medication (thankfully they were able to). This is after I had to switch to a different psych in their office because the first one stood me up with no explanation or advanced notice. I should have left after that... Thankfully, I just found a new provider and I’m not looking back."

"The practitioners here are fantastic. Working with Seth has been one of the most productive experiences of my life. However I'm going to have to stop going here because their admin setup makes it such a struggle to get timely refills. Getting through to anyone through the phones is almost impossible and I have to call saying I'm a new patient looking for a new appointment every time. There are too many barriers to access their care. If those barriers are removed I'll be back in a flash because of the talent they have, but until then regretfully I have to seek a more accessible provider."
