"The poor reviews are accurate for this location. Waited an hour to be seen, even with an appointment. Waiting room was overflowing. Had to come back a second time to retest due to poor instruction from the staff."

"Why does Quest Diagnostics, a multi-billion dollar business, only have ONE lab tech behind the counter? Not only is that lab tech likely overwhelmed, and overworked, but there's no way she feels safe being the only staff member on duty. When I was in the waiting area there was a creepy man singing to himself. I didn't feel comfortable leaving her alone with him. Why do I, a stranger, care more about this woman's well-being than the company she works for? Sheesh."

"This place is a bummer all around. Paid for parking, waited for an hour past my appointment time and didn’t get in, finally had to leave without getting my lab work done. No one to talk to you about the what the status of the appointments are either. I will never come back here."

"Incredibly rude and inefficient. Walked in for a simple pre employment drug test. They don’t have any intake staff so everything is done very poorly with a kiosk. After waiting for over an hour, finally managed to grab a staff member. When I tried to get clarity on whether I needed an appointment, she was incredibly rude and rather than answering my question she started to lecture me about how I don’t matter more than any other patient and they’ll call my number when they call it. I just wanted to know whether I had checked in correctly and what she thought the wait might be so I could decide if I should come back another day. Will never come here again if I can avoid it."

"I was late one minute for my appointment when I checked in and assistant told me technician is on the phone. Technician had long argument with another patient before me. Even if I was early she wasn't taking me because of the scrambled situation in the lab. However, the technician kept me for one and half hours excusing that I am late one minute. Unfortunately I had to leave for another urgent appointment after 1hour and 45 minutes wasting my time there. Another patient kindly even offered his place for me, but technician didn't accept it. She said I have to wait until she calls me. I will never use them again. The management needs to change and train better these staff ASAP, before is too late. If you respect yourself don't even try using their service."
