"I had previously used Quest exclusively for my lab work while living in Florida the past 6 years. My new physician advised of a Lab Corps facility next door to their office where I could have my lab work done. I asked if it was OK to use the Quest facility near my home, which it was. Yesterday I had lab work performed at the location on Fairfax Drive in Ballston. The technician, Michelle, was very professional and personable. Excellent customer service!"

"My first time here today and it went great: Check in easy (make appt online ahead!). My phlebotommist (learned the term from video in the waiting room), Mechele was super patient and kind when I had trouble with retrieving my "order" from my doctor. Bloodwork was fast and painless, too. Thanks so much!"

"Overall, we had the BEST experience with Precious who drew two vials of blood from my 4-year-old with not even a whimper from him. She is a pro - got the needle in on the very first try, provided great instructions on how to keep him still, thorough in her work, and very personable. Phenomenal woman! I knocked off a star because signage is non-existent outside and inside lobby; only when you get to the 3rd floor do you see Quest signage. Look for INOVA on a green awning and silver sign showing "3833 Ballston Medical Center". No parking validation available. They have a lot in front for $2 for the 1st hour, etc. I parked at the meter and it was $1.80 for 45 minutes which was the right amount of time. I waited 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment (their Internet went down but they did come out to let everyone know!). There were 4 other walk-ins who got bumped down when patients with appointments arrived so if you don't have too much time, I recommend scheduling an appointment online. Overall, I would use this location again because they ran the office efficiently and have great staff!"

"It was my first time visiting this location and I’ll admit it was a little hard to locate. I added a photo to show everyone the main building - 3833 Ballston Medical Center, so people can find the location. They do not list the suite number or location on the directory on the first floor of the medical building. Simply walk or get on the elevator to the 3rd floor to find the office. Outside of the difficultly finding the office, the check-in process was quick with a self check-in system. The medical staff was friendly, funny, quick and curious. I was impressed! Overall, if you need blood work done please give this location a chance. You’ll have a good experience."
