"Everytime I call to make a payment I am always on hold and 90% of the time the first call someone always just hangs up. Be ready to have to call them multiple times and be on hold. I choose this company because they are partnered with Navy Federal Credit Union. Im thinking surely they have a website I can make a payment on. They want you to call to make a payment or mail the payment and only have 8 customer service representatives. Like I don't know who own this small insurance company or they just being cheap by not hiring enough customer service represtative or not have the capabilities to take debit card payments on site. Im thinking about leaving because who want to go through this every month."

"As a 67 year-old male, I didn’t expect to be able to purchase a high dollar (>$100K) life insurance policy at reasonable rates. My existing policy was expiring, and the carrier had offered to renew it, but at an astonishingly high premium (almost 20 times the existing premium!). I called Navy Mutual, was offered a tentative premium, based on the results of an exam and interview, went through the very convenient process, and they stood by the low offered premium.
