"I’ve been living out here since 2013, first with my mom when I was a teenager and then again when I needed to get on my feet as it was easy to get accepted. This place is terrible, something is always breaking and the maintenance men take forever to actually fix it and that’s if they fix it. There has been an infestation problem since 2013 and it has only gotten worst. The office will try to blame it on the tenants but the truth is no matter how much cleaning you do the amount of roaches that will scatter is scary. They need to bomb out the apartments at least twice because the spraying every few months doesn’t work. There’s so many problems with this place but yet they have so many new implications set in place to squeeze more money out of you. And as far as new management there’s only one nice person in the office the other lady who’s a higher up is coming for blood, rude and making things extremely hard on the tenants. Anything that says otherwise I’m convinced is either a bot or management themselves. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to move."

"I've been a tenant at Century Plaza for five years and I'm happy with my residence. We are under new management now and the residents are having a fit, scared of change. I welcome the new management, things are getting done thanks to maintenance supervisor Jeffery Palmer, I am so impressed by this gentleman, he is out here in Century Plaza getting the jobs done. I wanna give a shoot out to Jeffrey Palmer for the good work he's doing for the residence at Century Plaza. Thank you Jeffrey Palmer. R Baskett Century Plaza Tenant"

"If I could give this place zero I would landlord is rude and very unprofessional I've been living out here for 6 years and never had a preference til we got a new landlord she is nasty and stay trying to put people out I would not recommend anyone to move out here."

"By far the worst Apartments to ever live in....they always out here shooting, this staff sucks really bad and so does maintenance... They don't try to fix problems until you threaten them and it floods so bad out here....the violence is ridiculous out here and they don't care much about people lives they just move people out here to get the money... Even the people in corporate is highly rude and don't do their job...I can go on for days about how terrible they are...I would never in a million years recommend these apartments to anybody"
