Some all you need is customer service experience or no experience at all and I also have college education. This company must discriminate against blacks I am over qualified and I have had one interview for a position that I was promised to not receive. I will be reporting this company if I would have known all of this I would have NEVER paid for health insurance for over six years to this company. I was promised to just show up to the interview and I would be hired on the spot. I guess my black picture and voice blackballed me from the company. I was also given a date when my work from home equipment would arrive. I'm glad u didn't get the position to be honest because I can see that u only cater to your people. Stop lying to people. "They take your premium and then fight you on paying every claim correctly. Their website is down when you try to go view your account. The money you "save" by using them is paid for in the amount of time and energy you have to spend fighting with them. Use any other health insurer and you'll have a better experience."
