"The whole dental staff at OV dental was very friendly and courteous (front desk personnel and doctors) The experience was phenomenal! Everything was explained to me in careful detail by the doctors, but what really put me over the edge was how knowledgeable the front desk personnel was on my treatment plan. I can't think of her name, but I loved how detail she was and how she was able to not make me feel deflated about the plan. I have anxiety and by the time that I left I was feeling more informed and felt that I could make it through. She even pulled out her reference chart so that I could really vision the plan . I could have talked to them all day that's how comfortable they make you feel at OV dental and health. You ROCK !!!"

"If you want quality, efficient care, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is the most incompetent provider I have ever been to, not to mention dirty. I have been to 3 of their different locations in the past and all 3 of them have failed me. My biggest complaint: my flu shot was not put into the system and after 2 weeks of persistent calling, repeating information, being "disconnected" and told "I will send the nurse a message," I still do not have record of the immunization and will not be able to return to work until I receive it (center policy). They know this, yet have no sense of urgency. "Just call in the morning" they told me tonight. They have had 2 weeks to correct their mistake and now I will have to miss work. I do not have money for that. I will have to go get another shot at a drugstore or something which is just WRONG. All I need is for a record of the immunization to be uploaded onto "My Chart." They asked me "are you sure you got the shot? who gave it to you? What did they look like?" "did you actually see the doctor?" "we aren't giving the flu shot out, you must be mistaken" and many other concerning questions/comments regarding this incident. My records/medications in their system are all very messed up and inaccurate. I don't even know where they got half the information."
