"The doctors are amazing, but their reception staff are awful. They're rude, and patronizing at all times. A few weeks ago yes, I a first time parent was going to be late because my child decided to not want clean diapers. I called ahead as a courtesy, not to be talked down to."

"I’m still in shock and going to FILE A CASE against DR FRAZIER. Who didn’t even check my 10 months old daughter’s temperature on her sick appointment and let us go home. We ended up in the EMERGENCY SITUATION of 105F fever and girl couldn’t even keep her eyes open. When I called office the next day they said doctors don’t check the temperature, nurses do. Ok, NOBODY checked it in the whole office. I can’t believe this happened and how unprofessional people who work with babies and little kids can be."

"Been coming here since 1997 for myself and my siblings and now in 2023 with my son. We have always been seen by Dr Strauss (who saved my life as an infant,) but we love the Fink brothers and have recently met Dr Wright, who is very down to earth, sweet as can be and knowledgeable! The front desk could have a nicer demeanor and the wait time could be shorter, but the Drs are FAR worth the wait. No doubt about it."

"Great doctors!! My only issue is paperwork why is taking so long to fill out paperwork for a daycare facility? I’m a single mother I have to work to pay my bills as well as take care of my child. I haven’t been working my scheduled shifts lately and/or missing days of work. Its very frustrating."

"Was a new patient starting here missed an appointment after calling 2 times that day due to being in the Er because I was injured at work. Waited over 20 mins each call to let them know I wasn't able to make it, to call back today and was told they don't reschedule appointments for no shows. No questions asked just sorry find a new one. Found both time I did talk to someone here very rude. I work at a hospital so understand being overrun and tired it's absolutely no reason to treat polite people rudely. That's okay I'll make sure I spread around as much as possible how this office was. Seems like all the reviews say the doctors are great but the office staff sucks. Glad I found out before starting just how the office is. Off to find better. Thanks for the reject. When I find someone better I'll spread the word for that as well."
