"Been here a few months now. Throughout the whole application process Chantel was really nice and helpful, extremely professional. Move in process is easy, I personally haven’t had any issue with any of the staff either. The apartments are nice too, maintenance arrives usually within a day or 2 of putting in requests, the maintenance guys are cool too. Trash tends to pile up on weekends, there’s only 1 trash dump on my side and I don’t think it’s collected between Friday-Monday so I guess it’s understandable. In my opinion, Overall nice place, nice neighborhood near PTC, nice staff."

"I didn’t have an appointment, but Ms. Chantel was so kind and made accommodations to give me a tour. She was very considerate and knowledgeable about the apartment itself. Clear directions and good observational skills about the apartment itself. I’m using today to go around to look at apartments, but this def made my top list!"

"Excellent experience living in Hampton Center for a year and half. Property manager Heather was very kind. Management was also very responsive to any maintenance request. Community was kept up pretty well. This was close to work and central to shopping and peninsula town center. Amenities were good, there was one operational treadmill that I was able to use when I needed. Lease was also very accommodating to people coming into the area for work. Highly recommend if you're moving to Hampton Roads area for the first time."

"Place is just outright gross as trash overflows constantly into the road and dirt... I said dirt because grass is few and far between as they really have no landscaping crew to tend to this mess of a property. (Auburn side)parking is never enforced nor available. Appears the maintenance crews give you some false hope within your first month of living after that good luck. Gutters have holes all through the complex and just create huge pools of muck water. Parking lots are so uneven the place floods and has giant puddles. All in all if you need a place to live sure why not but I won't renew my lease here and can't wait to leave. Since my last review hampton center has gone green! Lovely weeds and trees grow in the leaking broken gutters. Adding how the trash situation looks here every weekend, I don't understand why you wouldn't add more trash cans but I guess the people here just don't care that cats/rats/squirrels dig into these bags and debris blows all around the premise. (pictures blurry but that's all overflowing trash, every weekend same thing.)"
