"This is a great community to live in! I highly recommend if you are a professional in the Hampton area. There are added amenities such as a nice gym, trash valet, a pool, walking distance to the town center. The apartments themselves are tucked away just outside the bustle of the town center, and the layout is cozy and perfect for single families. The complex is very quiet throughout all hours of the day, and I feel safe as a woman within this neighborhood. We are close to base and a nice hospital so really the only noise are the F-22s training or an occasional ambulance throughout the day. The front office team are all lovely and caring people, quick to address any questions or concerns, and make sure you have everything you need. We have had the privilege of Jomarys and Rich help us with many of our questions. They are also involved in the community by organizing drives and events focused on community outreach and those in need, which stands out to me as a level of care above and beyond what I expect from a leasing office. I believe if someone in this community had a crisis or extreme need, they would be on it! Chris, Scott, and Marcus on the maintenance team have helped us with various requests and are each hardworking and knowledgeable professionals. Very quick response time and nice gentlemen who can handle any request typically within the day! Even small things like helping me jump my car battery. There’s a level of personal care and community you will find in this neighborhood."

"I absolutely love everyone that works at Signature Place! Just moved in a few weeks ago, I have some issues with my apartment on move in within in 2 business days all my issues were fixed! Maintenance team is nice and friendly! Absolutely love my experience so far!!"

"Hey if you want to live in a quiet neighborhood in Hampton with excellent staff that are happy to assist in anyway they can this is the place. The office staff are always in there smiling and serving. The maintenance team seem to love it here as well because they are always happy to help and right on time with whatever you need. Bunch of cute dogs always being walked by friendly neighbors all day. Check it out."

"I've been a resident for over two years now. The apartments are cozy and sit right in the middle of everything. The staff in the front office is composed of an incredibly professional group of people! I've never had any problems arise that they couldn't help with. The maintenance team is full of great talent too. These guys have a quick turn-around and will help with whatever you might need. Huge shoutout to Scott and Chris for excellent service!"

"5/5 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! If you’re worried about honest reviews, and just overall finding a decent and safe place to live with proximity to shopping centers, this is the apartments for you. It’s very close to many popular shopping places for food, clothing, entertainment etc, within walking distance. Not to mention, there isn’t too much aviation traffic which is nice. When there is, it usually isn’t that long, so you don’t have too much issue with noise pollution. Safety. Aside from outside variable such as weather, there isn’t much a concern for safety or well-being. Garages are available for rent as well which makes concern for your vehicle not a factor. I’ve lived there for a year and have not come across anything that made me fearful of my life or apartment. Staff. I have nothing but positive remarks for the entire staff. They are very helpful with any question you have, always attentive to your concerns and genuinely looking to best assist you. They are very polite and maintenance are also extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Of all the apartments I’ve lived Signature Place is one I hold in high regards. Professional, respectful, courteous, and considerate are what I’d use to describe Signature Place staff. If I returned to Virginia, I’d be sure to rent there again. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time there."
