"While living here was fine, the leasing company has been a nightmare to deal with after moving out. Despite keeping my security deposit and paying for a cleaning, they still are charging me hundreds of dollars. After attempting to reason with them, and despite living with water problems in my ceiling for many months, they would not budge. It’s very sad because the on-site crew was fantastic, but I wouldn’t rent again due to this drawn out move out process."

"Been here for almost a year now and I haven’t had that many issues with the facility or management. The few issues that I’ve had was solved really quickly with the help of Dashana west who works in the office. She answered my questions quickly and helped with my maintenance request"

"Living at this community has been amazing. The staff is fantastic, maintenance is quick friendly always willing to help out with the smallest thing even fixing a squeaky door hinge. The events put on not just the summer but all year long really Makes it feel like a community. They celebrate pride month and other events throughout the year. They are also willing to do different charitable events and invite the community to participate. I have lived many places and this if the best experience ever. Unfortunately life is moving me, however if ever given the opportunity to Move back. I would in a heart beat. The best event of the entire year is the end of September they let dogs swim in the pool right before closing."

"Great place to live. Friendly and helpful neighbors and staff. It’s quiet, never had or heard anything that was excessive in noise, even on the weekends. The Pointe at New Townne is a mere block or two from Town, easily accessible by foot, bike, bus or car. Furthermore, whenever I have had even a minor issue, regular wear and tear stuff, office staff have been quick to assign maintenance personnel to fix and/or repair the situation. Not going to lie, my only complaint is the rent. It’s a bit pricey given the current economic climate. But, it beats most private landowners I have rented from who try and take advantage or go back on their word. Overall, great place, clean and friendly place to live. I highly recommend anyone of any age to rent here."

"The Pointe is clean, quiet and well-run -- the staff in particular are excellent. Grounds are well-kept. It's conveniently located immediately next to a bus stop and in the Newtown district. There is a forced garbage pickup fee -- but the good side of this is that one's garbage is picked up 5 nights a week just outside one's door. Parking is free. I highly recommend it."
