"No room service unless asked upon request. The furniture was a little old and banged up a bit, but the breakfast bar in the morning was great. Also the shower was a bit troublesome it would come half and half out if the shower and and the tub spout. We will be looking at someplace else to stay in the future cause they charge the same amount with no service unless asked upon request. They could atleast reduce their cost to reflect the the poor service."

"Wonderful and attentive service! Manager brought a fridge immediately to our room after we inquired about them. Room decor is maybe a little dated, but ours was immaculate. Breakfast spread was well done. Will definitely be a regular choice for us for college visits!"

"I requested room service for all 3 days I stayed at hotel. There was an odor in the room for the first 2 days. After finally searching around it was determined that my top bedspread on one of the beds had not been changed before we checked in and there was a urine stain and the smell was coming from the unchanged bedspread. After I complained, it was changed and the smell was gone. I should have never had to experience having a dirty bedspread at any hotel. I asked the person who cleaned my room did they change the top bedspread and they said they did not! All sheets and bedspreads should be changed and washed when the room is cleaned! GROSS"

"Wherever we go if there's a Hampton Inn we stay there. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is great, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate available in the lobby all the time is so nice! I did miss a couple of the little amenities they used to have at this location. No fridge & microwave in the room, no tablet of paper and pen to write things down, no booklet of information on the hotel and things in the area, and the room is not cleaned daily, it's by request only. Certainly not a deal breaker for me and I would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel. Our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was attentive and issues were addressed very quickly and efficiently. Hallways are overly warm, but the air conditioning in the room worked well, so no real complaints there. Indoor pool looked inviting (we were too tired to try it). Breakfast was hot and plentiful with good choices (waffles, breads and pastries, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereals, juice, coffee). Location was a 4-5 minute drive to and from Colonial Williamsburg's Visitor Center. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would choose to stay there again."
