The Apartments at Hallstead Reserve

"Me and my fiancé have been living here for about four months and to say the least we absolutely love it! The area is so friendly and well laid out. The convenience of grocery stores is also something we absolutely love, there are so many different grocery stores and fast food restaurants within 2 miles. The staff are super quick to get their jobs done if you put in a work order, and the ladies at the front desk are super helpful. The only downside is that the walls are a tad bit thin so certain noises are heard very easily but most of the time for us living on the 3rd floor, it's very quiet and peaceful."

"I lived in a first floor apartment at the community. My experience at the community probably would have been 4 stars if I lived on the top floor. I could hear everything that my upstairs neighbors did and it was ridiculous. It was so bad that I counted the days until I was able to move. There was always a marijuana smell in my apartment. Management sent out several notices about the use of marijuana in apartments and it seemed like no one cared or listened. Also was able to hear my next door neighbor talking through the wall in the kitchen/dining area. Residents pull up to the property with music blasting in their cars. The community had events every month and they sounded nice from the pictures they would post in the monthly newsletter(I never went to one). The staff was very nice to me every time I interacted with them. The apartment was very spacious and had plenty of storage space. Only downside I can see is that there are no elevators so if you live above the first floor you have to take the stairs. I would probably not move back into the community if I return to that area."

"Absolutely love the monthly get togethers. The office staff are creative in ways to get residents together. They are always pleasant and supportive. The apartments are bigger than most and look amazing. Everyone that visits says how they want to move now. Definitely should be a place you should see soon."

"Moved from Connecticut to here and I have no regrets! Apartments look identical to the model shown and it’s amazing. Would have never thought I could live here due to time constraints, but Tiffany helped me all the way through, and made sure I was moved in without any issues on November 1st. The neighborhood is peaceful, respectful and quiet and moving here has been a blessing. Kitchen is nice and spacious and the rooms and closets are also a perfect size. I’m also impressed with the washer and dryer. No issues there. Recently, we have all received key fobs to access the amenities at any time, which is a huge plus to get a late night workout in after work. I don’t have a dog, but this is also a great spot for pets to go for long dog walks. And there is a dog park not too far from Hallstead Reserves! I can’t wait to see what summer holds to start barbecuing outside and being by the pool. So far I don’t have any cons and truly enjoy living here!"

"I can’t begin to express how much my boyfriend and i love it here and how happy we are. From the staff to the actual apartment itself i give 5 stars all across the board. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, even the maintenance are extremely kind and helpful. I have been loving every part of the apartment including the laundry room with the cute sliding door, the storage space, the big kitchen sink, the brand new appliances, the balcony, and the list goes on. They offer great amenities like the pool with a beautiful fountain and even a dog washing station! We have been here less than a month and we already feel so at home and right where we are meant to be. I am so happy to be one of hallstead’s first residents and would recommend these apartments to anybody looking for a new happy and great community!"
