"I wish I could give no stars. Since Levco took over, I’ve had problem after problem & I’ve been here since 2019 & never had a problem when Weinstein was here. In the short time that Levco has been here I’ve had to go to court because of their mistakes & they admitted to me that it was their mistake on multiple occasions with different problems but I still had to go through all the strife. I don’t want to put all of the stuff I had to go through up here but just know Levco is the worst. They have people driving around here all day in these go carts but when I put in a maintenance order it takes them 4-6 business days to come & fix it. I was without a fully working refrigerator for over half a year. They said they fixed it 3 times & I ended up putting food in the fridge just for it to go bad multiple times & all they could say was “sorry”. Hundreds of dollars worth of food just gone. No they didn’t even ask to replace even a portion of it. I’m just done with Levco I can’t wait to leave. They’re pushing people out anyways by raising the rent over & over. People who have been here for years & like the area we live in they’re pushing us out & raising the rent. I have a lot more to say but please whoever is thinking of moving to this area which it is a nice peaceful area, please do not move here. Levco will ruin it for you."

Throughout the entire process, Darnell remained readily available to address any further questions or concerns we had, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction. "Cambridge Apartments is a great place to live. They have multiple floor plans to choose from along with fully renovated unit options. The pool is beautiful and the gym is a great size with nice equipment. You never have to worry about parking as there is plenty available. Location is ideal as it is close to shopping and the interstate. The staff is always polite and helpful. I highly recommend Cambridge."

"If I could give no stars I would. I applied and they called and told me I was approved and would send welcome letter. Letter was never sent. I had already scheduled a tour for Saturday a week in advance and I show up and there is no one in the leasing office. Package sitting in front of the door and on the side of the office broken bottles of glass that i almost was injured on. I call on a Monday telling them I just want to cancel my application at this point and they said they would mail my money back. I called again today because it’s going on 2 weeks and then I am told it will take 35-45 days for me to get my admin fee and deposit back. I’m furious. It should not take that long to get my money back especially with the treatment I received. If they had a conscience I should have a full refund."

"I write this in my currently 85 degree townhouse. I just gave birth not even two weeks ago and now my newborn is at risk for SIDs because maintenance still hasn’t fixed our AC, it has been 24 hours and the office is closed tomorrow so we get to spend the weekend in the heat. We left multiple messages on the “emergency” maintenance hotline both last night and throughout the day. We spoke multiple times with the office today and were told someone was coming out “right now” at 2pm, it is now 9pm and we never got a response after that call and no one came to fix the AC. What is the point of an “emergency hotline” if no one even acknowledges it??? Judging by the numerous reviews with the same problem, I’m sure I’ll get the same response basically copied and pasted about caring for the comfort of their residents. I’d have more patience if it weren’t for the fact that we just finally got our washer replaced after being without one for 2 months. Best believe we will be at the office first thing Monday morning. I should add that my husband and I never had these issues before LEVCO took over…"
