Abbington at Northampton Apartments

"Update 1-12-24. Once again I called the after hours attendant to complain about neighbor. I told him the base from that apartment is extreme. The noise go down then start back up. He is clearly on a game console. I told the attendant he could come in and listen if he wanted. He told me when the noise go back up to call again. Thats why I called to begin with. Why should I have to keep calling back. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Not a damn thing will be done about noisy neighbors. They might as well take that out the lease . Would give zero stars if I could. I can’t even sleep in my own damn apartment that I pay almost $1300 for. Believe the reviews. Do not move here. I have put in 3 complaints about my neighbor and his music and his game he plays extremely loud base . Walls vibrating, all day and night and early morning. It’s crazy you can’t have peace in your own apartment. I don’t blast music, I don’t even play my tv loud. It was peaceful here until about a month ago. The disrespect is ridiculous coming from a grown man from what I see. When you can’t even sleep in your own apartment, action should be taken and nothing is being done. Not even after calling the after hours number."

"All staff have been very professional and friendly. Prompt service calls. Spacious, quiet, and respectful. Gym, computer room well kept. I am happy I moved to Abbington."

"Been living at Abbington Northhampton for about 4 years now. Never had any major issues. I love the convenience this property offers being able to pay rent and submit maintenance request online. Maintenance responds very quickly to ever request which I appreciate. Staff is always friendly and respectful. If you are looking for a starter place of living or are new to the area I’d recommend."

"I’ve lived in a Corbin 1b 1b apartment since November 2022 and I’ve had a good experience. Coming from out of state, the rental application was quick and easy. I received a same day response with my approval and moved in 3 days later. The grounds are nicely kept and the apartment is small and cozy. The location is 5mins to New Market plaza where you can find food and shopping. I’ve had an occasional water bug at my doorstep when the weather is bad but never any roaches. My neighbors are cool and communicate when they’re any issues. I look forward to renewing my lease in a couple months. Abbington Northampton is one of the better communities is this area."

"If considering staying here and you’re in the military requiring a 6 month lease for safety! It is better to not even bother they’ll take your application money and deny you.. our entire household has above 700 credit score we own a home and I may say we are pretty decently well off! I made calls to the “third party” that got us denied.. they said that it is to the properties discretion.. we are gonna be here 6 years we just love the flexibility of 6 month leases even if it is at a higher rate.. they advised us to ask what the reason was because it can be discrimination, if it isn’t they will let us make arrangements to have it fixed.. we did and went out saying nothing or giving a reason. Just saying it was a soft screening so it won’t affect our credit score! It is extremely screaming discrimination"
