"Loved it here. A beautiful location, so many places within walking distance or just a short drive away. Both the apartments and the building are fantastic. My biggest review is the Landlord/Management/Maintenance crew. I lived there for almost 5 years and I wouldn’t have had it any other way (sounds crazy, right?). These folks actually care about their tenants and I have more stories to tell than can be put into a review. It’s a beautiful place with beautiful people. 10/10. I feel like I should note, I only moved because my life became bigger than my beautiful apartment. If life had stayed the same, I would had never left."

"Great place to live! The managers Kim and Lindsey are great people. They really look out for their tenants. Lava Lofts is in a great location. It's close enough to downtown that you can be there in a few minutes and far enough that you don't have to deal with the bad traffic. Maintenance was very quick to fix any requests I put in. Clean, affordable, cozy apartments. I would continue to live here if I didn't have to move out of Virginia and would definitely recommend Lava Lofts to friends and family!"
