"Lived here for 6 months now, pretty satisfied with my experience. Krystyne is the best property manager I’ve ever had in Richmond, very communicative and caring with tenants. The building is well maintained and clean. Since being here we’ve gotten new internet upgrades and amazon lockers currently in construction. Only downside in my opinion is price, if it were slightly cheaper for my 1 bed/1 bath ($1450 currently) it would be perfect, but the economy is what it is. Walls are kind of thin as well but haven’t had many noise issues, really depends on your neighbors. If prices don’t raise too much next year I’d like to stay!"

"Great apartment at a great price (all utilities are included, which is great)! Very spacious, helpful maintenance team, and Jamaica in the front office is always super helpful and responsive. The walls aren't noise-proof, but aren't any worse than any other place that I've rented. Everyone seems to be polite and conscientious about noise levels. The base internet isn't great, but easily upgradable and if you buy a good enough router, you shouldn't have any problems. The gym is another great perk - much larger than any other I've had at previous apartments!"
