"Stephanie does the best she can running two apartment complexes. Benny does the best he can trying to keep up with all the maintenance that needs to be done. Without them this place would be falling apart at the seams."

"If I could rate Chesterfield Gardens more than 5 stars I would. This was my boyfriend and I's first apartment and set such high expectations for all that follow. Rachel, Stephanie and Joy have been nothing but kind, helpful and attentive and Benny the maintenance guy is a 10/10. Not only is this a beautiful neighborhood but its full of wonderful neighbors. People are constantly stopping to say hi and chat with you, everyone is respectful and the community is quiet and safe. The apartment itself is really nice with beautiful floors, new appliances and a very aesthetically pleasing paint job. There is a car wash station, dog park, pool, and fitness center. If you ever need it, contacting maintenance is easy and your problem will get resolved promptly. Anything going on in the neighborhood you will get plenty of notice on and there are really nice events that take place in the community. Last halloween season we had a outdoor screening of Hocus Pocus with food and sweets trucks. The location is convenient and has a Dollar General right next door (which is a bad spending habit!) We had to move because of work but we easily would have stayed another year or two. I will miss the memories I made here and am beyond sad we had to move but I happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great and memorable living experience!"

"The application process was easy and I felt welcomed even before touring with Rachel. She was very responsive via email as soon as I expressed interest in this community and informative and welcoming on our tour. We were able to do our entire application with her on-site. The neighborhood is very quiet even when people are outside and clean. The neighborhood seems homey with decorations out front."

"I currently am leasing at Chesterfield Garden Apartment/Homes. This community is BEYOND amazing!!! The management is first class!! The homes are immaculate. The whole facility is SUPER clean. If there is a maintenance issue, they have on site maintenance, and are right on it! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Law enforcement officers live here. There is a pool and tennis court on site. There is a playground for the children There is even a vehicle wash station."
