He offered his help every step of the way, got back to us about our applications with impressive efficiency, and sent us a video tour of the property since we could not see it in person. I can't leave a glowing enough review to express what a great experience it has been working with him."

"I just finished out my lease with these people. They are scammers they made up charges to get my security deposit plus charge me 1,4000 extra. Make sure u keep all of your documentation and take video before u leave. I was there almost 5 years I never got new carpet. The stains on the carpet was there when I moved in and it’s documented. They still charged me for paint and carpet.please don’t rent from them they are very crooked.I was a good tenant never late on my rent this was the thanks I got."

"I’ve rented from this company before, hands down the best… they are understanding to financial changes and willing to work with you. Sweetest staff…. Extremely personable. Clean, beautiful, well-kept homes at reasonable rates. I lived at my apartment for 3 years, and there was no rent changes. Maintenance happens rather quickly after putting in request. My only issue was was the maintenance man himself, if he knew a personal reason why he was there to help you, he’d make sarcastic remarks about it. Unprofessional. “Um sir, you’re not here to discuss my personal business.” You are here to fix the locks and leave."

"My husband and I have been a great tenant for 3 years. Pay rent on time, had issues with repairs through out the years, never follow up with you when it’s a major concern and the list goes on. They don’t care about their property as long the rent is paid on time. And to make matters worse they didn’t even have smoke alarms installed in the duplex. When we moved in, no blinds were installed. So we purchase blinds for every window in the apartment. My husband called the rental office to ask the receptionist will we be compensated if we leave the blinds up since we purchased all the blinds for the windows on move in day. The receptionist stated that we could take the blinds with us because they will not be giving us any towards it. Which that’s fine but the issue was….not compassionate to your tenant and NOT professional at all! We put an noticed about not renewing our lease and received an letter back from Great Richmond Rentals like we wasn’t a good tenant. Never said thank you for being a great tenant, we appreciate you being loyal tenant especially during the Pandemic and recommendations to pass on. Very salty about this letter."
