"My sister and I were the 1st people to occupy our apartments (almost 3 years). I have 1 con-- the walls are thin. But that is apartment living. The rent for the apartments is lower than anywhere else, it just seems high because of the add-ons. Your rent includes $130 for cable/internet, water, sewage, and trash. The location is great and even though management has changed in the office I have not seen a change in customer service. I enjoy living here."

"Lived here for 2 years in 2 different apartments. This place has gone downhill fast. Nancy was amazing when she was there. Loved coming to her and chatting. The new people they have there are not as friendly. When asking for help to find a missing package …I was asked to wait and I waited patiently. The lady proceeded to “go ugh I guess let’s go find the package”… smoking is said to not be permitted on the property however they are allowed to smoke just a certain distance from the building… meaning I still had to smell it when getting out my car when they advertise as smoke free. Also if you have an animal expect to automatically pay a carpet replacement fee despite the pet deposit…"

I can't say enough on how helpful, professional and curious they are. My dealings with Whitney were always satisfying.
