"Office staff and maintenance crew is friendly and responsive, however the apartment itself is not worth the price. Trash receptacles are either broken or over flowing constantly and the trash is everywhere, the gate rarely works or the keypad to enter your code doesn’t work so it makes it difficult to get in. Not only that, with the new ownership, the complex no longer provides the lightbulbs for the big overhead lights in the dining room or kitchen. Save your money and live somewhere else."
"Awful application experience. Our application was denied due to "limited credit experience", a thing that has never happened to me in over a decade of renting. When we inquired about the denial, the property manager Ivan stonewalled us and gave us the runaround and became defensive when we accused the property of shady practices. Save your time and money."
"So my blind fell down while cleaning my windows. I called the office to place an order hoping maintenance will come out due to possible neighbors being able to see directly through my apt. I was told by staff that staff will be back on Monday and my privacy isn’t an emergency. For a resident who has lived here for more than five years I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency I received."
"I lived there for 3 years. At first rent was 1199 and very affordable by the time I left, it had gone up to 1900. The cost to live there no longer made sense and no one called to work with us. If you can afford it that's awesome but besides from the amazing maintenance staff, I felt ignored and just another ant in the colony. Gate doesn't work most of the time and no one waits as you type in your pass code causing multiple potential accidents a day. But overall, I did have a good experience here. It was close to a Kroger and an American Family Fitness. I felt pushed out so the next wave of people could come in that can afford the 1900 dollar a month life style. It's sad because my surrounding neighbors left several month before we did and their issue was the same. If you have money, it's a nice place. If you make about 70k a year, it's probably out of your price range."
"During my stay here, overall the apartment itself was alright. Amenities are nothing special. The problems I had were that after 4 attempts my front door had yet to have a simple door frame lock plate installed. They ended up removing it and just never replacing it. Which meant the door essentially was open to the environment (There goes heating/ac electric bill). After that, they installed pipe in several areas of my apartment. This is because as I found out on my own, that Radon was a serious problem in the apartment below me. They didn't even tell me about this problem. They gave me a $50 credit for the pipes. After this, I received news that I was getting a new job in a different state and needed to move. Most apartments have a policy that under certain circumstances you aren't liable for termination fee, which at this apartment complex is brutal (2k+). They wouldn't accept my reasoning and said if it was within my current company that'd it would be okay but not a different company. With the stresses of having moving already in place, this was a huge expenditure to add. I've been a good tenant; never missed a days rent, my neighbors never complained, and I left the place spotless. It seems all that was lost though."
