"I wanted to take some time to express how please my husband and I are with our new apartment home at Luxe 360 in Midlothian, Va. We had a situation where we moved from a 18 acre home we both loved in Maryland to Virginia. We weren’t certain if we would be happy in an apartment. We do feel this is a home for us because is so nicely built & the management is wonderful & like family. This has helped us immensely to feel like it’s meant for us. Jola & Brad are really nice people in a sincere way. They are professional and helpful in every way possible. They always return my calls promptly when it’s necessary to leave a message. They have such wonderful personalities which really is important too. Maintenance is on call 24 hours & answers right away. The property manager Zahir has been amazing from day one since I first spoke to him about our interest in finding a new apartment that had high standards because of my underlying immune issues. He has helped guide me in every way possible to finalize our decision. He really cares in a sincere way. I grew to trust him so much because he was very honest, never showed impatience, answered every question and always followed through on what he said about everything. I have never experienced such outstanding treatment as this involving a rental or actually anything else. I highly recommend Luxe 360!!"
"I am extremely disappointed with my recent interaction with Luxe 360 Midlothian. The customer service I received over the phone was subpar and was a clear indication of the lack of professionalism in the office. From start to finish of our discussion, my experience was marred with incompetence and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I believe the staff member I was speaking to was Jolla. She was incredibly unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. After she said hello, I stated the reason for my call, which was to inquire about a specific unit and the application process. There was dead silence for about 5-6 seconds. I spoke again and said hello, she responded and said ''Yes, I'm here". Because I am moving from out of state, one of my questions was regarding the amount needed for the income requirement. She stated that she did not have that information because a 3rd party does the screening and the screening company will let them know what the applicant needs "when everything comes back". I asked about the type of income documents they can accept to confirm if offer letters are accepted, she was not able to provide a clear answer because a 3rd party does the screening and will let them know what the applicant needs "when everything comes back". That 1 response was given verbatim for most of the questions I asked. I felt like I was speaking to an automated answering service. I asked for the name of the screening company so that I could reach out and get the information from them. She stated that she did not have their name or contact information. Not once did she ask my name, or ask any details about my search for a new apartment. I would have loved to schedule a tour but since I was not asked about touring the community, I am assuming they are all booked up or not offering any. My excitement of finding a new apartment within Luxe 360's community ended abruptly based solely off this interaction. My mind was immediately changed from applying. Jolla was very unwelcoming, hard to talk to and very unpleasant."
