"I literal sat outside and watched them sit and laughing with each other ignoring the phone ringing while I was calling. Red flag number 1. Red flag number 2 I asked them to work with me on a time to get my key to the apartment I work overnight I can come at those times. They didn’t even try. Red flag number 3 I asked for corporate’s number and nobody acted like they knew what it was. I was come by and leave a 1 star review everyday until Google reflects their unprofessionalism."

"Worse apt I’ve lived in. It has flooded 9 times. My fisher washer is broken and it’s been almost a month since they said I would get a new one. NONE of the appliances work for longer than a few weeks. I would rather live in my car then ever live here again."

"Don't move here , they claim on Apartments(dot) com they are "luxury Apartments" ride by and look at the storage doors peeling away from the frame , look at the beautiful parking lot with the uneven lines , The used condoms in the gym , they are nice to your face ,lie about what you'll be paying , and when you see your actual amount after the fee's and water bill , and it will NOT be what you thought you be be paying, this company "Pigasus" are bullies , the manager appears to be on some sort of psychotic medication , and has no clue as to what day of the week it is ( when she's actually on the property - 1-2 days a week ) , Ms. Precious Jackson thinks she runs the place , I'm glad I'm out of that Outhouse , Perspective RENTER BEWARE , the last manager Quit and soon after the Assistant Manager quit , and just when you think you're done with these people , more fee's , Google "Virginia Landlord Tenant Rights" , Pigasus thinks they above them , NOT ! and yes most of all the Positive reviews are fake , or ( fake ) promises were made by staff to write a good review .... ride by on a Sunday catch a resident walking , and ask how that Outhouse is really run , and this "response by owner" Pegasus is NOT the owner , but the "management company" , lots of misleading here ,and probably against the law saying that they are the owner , when in fact they are not."

"Do not move here. I have been here for two years and it has steadily gotten worse. From flooding in my bedroom from a (roof leak and I am on the bottom floor) which took me calling Henrico County Existing Structures to come in and inquire about then all that was done was a small are cleaned and a corner of the padding replaced so it still reeks of mold to trash everywhere, no parking, people leaving their trash cans in the breeze way which causes rats and mice( you can see all the traps outside of the buildings, kids running through the apartments screaming and cussing, dumpster is constantly broken and people leaving trash on the ground outside of it to rude office staff, and not to mention newly “renovated” apartments with mismatched cabinet doors, painted over mold coming home to holes cut in the walls of the bathroom. Gun fire almost every night and rude people who live here. I would say about 5% of the tenants are decent the rest are just completely disrespectful, rude and disgusting. I can not wait to leave at the end of my lease and would rather live in a hotel than here. The rent for this kind of poorly managed complex is outrageous. I have seen older complex that are much nicer and well kept and also cheaper than this one. JUST DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"It’s coming up on a year and my experience at Parkwest End is very hurtful. I put my trust in the complex from moving out of state I chose this place as it seemed like a decent place compared to other places I visited. The move in process was easy and the staff was nice. The location is perfect if you want to be near shopping centers and restaurants. I had problems since day one from moving in. Moved in and didn’t have no cabinet doors for the kitchen or bathroom at all. I repeatedly had to check and see when they would come in and they said they had to order them. Ran into a bed bug issue which was a nightmare. I had to use my expenses to get rid of that matter which is fine. No one can prove if they was there already or if I somehow came into contact with the bugs somewhere. It hurt but had to get rid of them. Right after the bed bug situation I found mice feces on my floor. So now I’m dealing with mice somehow getting in my apartment. Now this is where I’m getting frustrated. It’s been weeks since I reported the mice findings and pest control came but after weeks I continue to hear mice at night making noises. It even keeps my dog up at night as well. I have yet to get an update on what’s the next steps because I can’t continue to live like this. I even asked if somehow someone could figure out where they are coming through and seal it off. There’s pros and cons but the cons is the service being provided. I understand the place is old but I can’t live with mice. It’s not sanitary."
