"I was the first person to move into the building back in October. And honestly so far i’m loving it. The leasing team is very professional and very welcoming shoutout to Danielle, Maggie and Max. They host events in the clubroom multiple times a month with free food and drinks which is very nice way to meet your neighbors. Maintenance team was super wonderful and very responsive when i needed them to install fixture lights in my bedroom and increase the water temperature. Trash butler is super convenient going around 5 days per week. The amenities are similar to any other apartment around the area in ballston, but you can’t beat the black and wood kitchen!! Cleaning team is always cleaning the hallways and the main lobby area, always clean and never had a smell issue. I know there are some issues with the microwaves in some units but it was explained it’s a Samsung problem and they are working on replacing them."

"Went to tour this building amongst 2 others in the area. Urba is easily the least impressive. There were black kitchen size trash cans lining the hallway in front of occupied units because they don't have a trash chute in this building. On my way out I asked a resident about the situation and she complained that it's the worse sight and sometimes smell to experience when heading out to start your day and if people don't bring their bin in, it's still out there when she returns. Apparently there is a fine if you don't bring your bin in, but I wouldn't want to make room in my apt for that either. Other amenities seem standard of a new building in this area, nothing stand out, no grand entrance and the general ambiance of staff isn't as professional as others. From my experience could be a Greystar thing?"

"Beware! Terrible Experience at Urba Apartments I recently moved into Urba Apartments, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, I encountered numerous issues that have made living here unbearable. First and foremost, there are serious electrical problems throughout the apartment. The microwave is completely non-functional due to these electrical issues. It's unacceptable to pay rent for an apartment where basic appliances cannot even be used. On top of that, plumbing problems are rampant. My toilet tank has been filling with hot water, costing me extra money in energy, and leaving the apartment without hot water (in the middle of winter) after a few flushes. Additionally, the air conditioning system is faulty. I had to sleep with many blankets on my first night even though this issue was reported immediately. When I stopped by the leasing office the next day, their excuse was that maintenance people do not work on weekends and that I must wait until the end of the long weekend. Speaking of management, they are completely non-responsive and lack any form of communication. Despite repeated attempts to contact them regarding these issues, my concerns have been met with indifference and excuses. It's clear that they prioritize collecting rent over providing a habitable living environment for their tenants. Overall, I urge anyone considering renting at Urba Apartments to avoid it at all costs. The numerous problems, coupled with the apathetic management, make this property a living nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a place to call home."

"I can't wait to move in here! Danielle was so nice and patient with me as I asked a million questions. I toured other properties and they just weren't as stunning as UrbA. The dog park is going to make some days a little easier with Luca. Since I work from home, the interior finishes are very important to me and these are incredible, and I love the black stainless appliances. I can't wait until my move in day. So thankful that Danielle keeps me posted and keeps touring me even though I already leased so that I can measure my home to ensure everything is perfect. "I recently leased an apartment at Urba and cannot wait to move in. The apartments are sleek and stylish. I really liked the matte black with light wood kitchen cabinets and cannot wait to cook in there. I'm especially excited about the dog park located just down the hall from my apartment. Danielle has been very helpful as I made my decision. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very responsive throughout the process."
