"Just moved in after searching so many places between Arlington and Alexandria and glad I looked into Falls church!! I am totally satisfied. This place is BEAUTIFUL! High ceilings, plenty of windows, cement floors, beautiful decor. No tub but the shower is large and gorgeous! Staff is WONDERFUL!! I started off working with Moona and then Rua took care of me from there. She did a wonderful job touring and getting me all set up. She provided fantastic customer service. Couple of things that might be helpful - 1) parking for visitors is plentiful! They can park in the visitor spaces and other spaces until midnight then a pass is needed. 2) resident parking in the garage is $150. A little steep but worth it when you don’t have to worry about inclement weather! 3) they do have a small dog area for pet relief. They have resident events that I look forward to trying out. Oh and you are by everything ! Two targets within 10 min, Petco, grocery store, Burlington, Home Depot, food places. There is even a Goodyear in walking distance if you ever need to drop off your car off for maintenance and can wait at home. I do hear a few sounds from the ceiling I think since it’s open exposed ceiling but nothing crazy. I don’t hear my neighbors at all! I love this place! Looking forward to my stay! "I lived at Mission Lofts for 2 years and had numerous issues. I contacted Jessica the manager numerous times about my rental statement being incorrect. When she finally responded, she said I owed 200 for the garage. My garage fee is only 25 a month. And I was less than 4 months into my lease. That charge continued to grow and I started getting charged late fees. When I moved out, more charges were added and I was sent to collections. Jessica still could not tell me the reason. I had to contact Avenue5 and she finally responded with a generic answer and no detailed information. When I pointed out the discrepancies, she stopped responding. If I was incorrect, why would you ignore me. It should be an easy answer."

"I am a long term resident. I decided to renew my lease one more year. It was a difficult decision given the flooding challenges and some of the neighbors that don't respect shared spaces. However, the leasing and maintenance team is great. The amenities are very nice and my unit is very quiet. A peace-of-mind is a valuable benefit."

"Mission Lofts isn't just a place to call home, this place is an EXPERIENCE! The gym has everything I need; I used to roll my eyes at people who rode stationary bikes, but now I'm an avid member of the Peloton community! The lower level is a great place to work remotely and host bible studies. I particularly love the outdoor grill area with the fire pit. The sky views from the apartment are glorious everyday! Though I will say when it comes to living on the south side of the building, what you gain in sights you pay for in SIRENS (fire trucks, police, and ambulances blare their horns at the intersection upwards of 8 to 12 times a day). The appliances are reliable and apartment layouts aesthetically impressive. I get a lot of use out of the built-in water filter in the kitchen. Most impressive of all is the staff that works here. Shout out to Jess, Moona, Elshaday, Albert, and Maria - you guys make it a joy to live here. Answering questions quickly and acknowledging me with smiles every time I pass by, this team is incredibly professional AND personal - I dare you to find a culture like this at the other apartments you're considering."

"Moving was great. Moona was extremely helpful, very responsive and always willing to help. Super happy with the apartment and amenities. Everything looks brand new. The apartment is located close to everything and there is barely any noise. We cant even any of the neighbors! Looking forward to my stay!!"
