"These reviews had me worried I would have to move out, new management has been fine and has resolved every issue that has come up in a prompt and professional manner. However after the management change, I noticed that if you try to reach the front office by phone even during business hours, you get transferred to an off-site call center. Those people essentially can't help you with anything aside from provide you info from the public website, and depending on the agent you might get somebody rather rude. I feel like a lot of the reviews are directed towards those individuals, not the on-site management. Otherwise, my experience has been great with the new team when I can get a hold of them. Just avoid trying to deal with the call center in place of going straight to the office."

"Someone is constantly scratching the cars park and no one is doing anything about it. I have mentioned to the management several times but no one is even putting or interested in looking in that issue. If you decide to live here get ready for unhelpful management as well as to pay a-lot to repair for the scratch. And they even charge for car parking and won’t even send an email in general to everyone to say whoever is doing this to stop that."

"Beautiful place. Love the pool. It's always super clear and clean. I also love the management and staff. They have great communication and see that my issues/concerns are resolved swiftly. Not to mention paying rent has never been easier through Flex. Overall this is a good property."

"Love this property so far. I just moved in a month ago and the move in process was very smooth and easy. The apartment is nice and clean and the neighbours are super friendly! One thing I really appreciate about these apartments is the maintenance. They are fast responding. My AC unit was broken on the weekend and I called the emergency hotline and was able to get someone to look at it in under an hour."

"Firstly, the new management is worst. They have basically keep a body guard instead of someone who has some knowledge about the apartments. I have taken a new apartment which they are never ready to show me. Because I had to take in hurry I took it. I will be moving in after 3 days. Another thing is tue person sitting in front desk is a total rude as well as a person who has zero knowledge of the process and community, when asked to take with the manager he is always like you cannot take with them they are busy all the 7 days and 24 hours. These guys are definitely 0% helpful and the attitude is even worst. Hope someone can find this review helpful and higher level person knows about it and can take some immediate actions. Also these community use to be a family oriented place and now they just give apartments to everyone and I smell lot of weed smell as well as even after telling them this, they didn’t took any action. Really need a new management as soon as possible. I feel like this people people care 0% about the community as well as the people living here. Very very very bad experience. I wanted to give minus 100 rating but google has no option for it."
