"Khiry gave us impeccable treatment. His customer service is superb! My husband and I will coming back to this hotel. Very clean and king size bed was divine. I love the hotel shuttle to the mall! So convenient especially this time of the year. Hotel is in a great location too"

"Sadly I booked 4 nights expecting 4 star Westin standards. This hotel is filthy! Asked for a cleaner room still waiting, one of the managers said they would clean thoroughly that never happened. Dreading the next 2 nights every employee gives me a different story. Carpets are gross blood stains and hair on beds."

"Came to Virginia for a work trip and this was my hotel of choice. Staff at this hotel were friendly, helpful and very accommodating to any requests I had. Specifically like to give a shout out to Judy and Celine, both of whom were not only helpful, but also served the guests with wide smiles on their faces, brightening up just about anyone's day. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return when I visit again."

"I stay at the Westin Tysons Corner about twice a year for business. The staff is friendly and the location is fantastic. The rooms, however, are just average. They aren't super modern, and they aren't always super clean. During my most recent stay, the shower head was clogged and only half of the nozzles worked...and there were several black hairs left in the tub. I would've requested a room change, but I checked in late and had an event to attend within 2 hours of my arrival. If you're looking for something super upscale, this isn't it."
