"Mostly a great place to live. Appliances a bit dated. Very clean for a pet friendly place. Close to downtown can walk about anywhere grocery stores and restaurants. Would be five star except for a couple of issues like occasional hot water issue and outdated appliances."

"I have lived here for a couple of years now. This apartment complex is a great place to live. The units are beautiful. The location is great. It’s wonderfully quiet and calm. There are lots of good restaurants and stores nearby. The property management has done a great job identifying ways to make improvements and really created a great vibe here. I was very annoyed with a courtyard construction project, but even I have to admit it ended up being a beautiful space with lots of possibilities. It enhances the property, and I will be taking full advantage of the beautiful new courtyard. The property is very well-maintained and very secure."

"DO NOT SIGN YOUR LEASE UNTIL SEE THE EXACT UNIT YOU ARE RENTING. I am a new resident of the Pearson Square and was very excited to join the community because of all the positive reviews but so far it’s been disappointing. I was shown a demo unit (last picture) that had much better appliances, floors and cabinets than the unit they rented to me. When I asked to see the exact unit they assured me it would be identical in terms of appliances and looks. As you can see on the pictures, it is far from it. The dishwasher has rust in it and a weird smell. The floors are completely different. Insist to see the exact unit or you might end up renting old unit paying premium prices. *** Update to my review** Although, I was not able to change the unit, the management team reached out quickly to me and was able to address majority of my concerns. So far it has been a very nice, safe and clean place to live and it's only a short walk to many coffee shops and restaurants in Fall Church."
