"In my experience I can say that the manager Ana is an excellent person. I lived in that place for 2 years and she listens to the tenants and provides help according to the need of the application, that is what I can say because if I lived there, To Mr. Salvador López has not been discriminated against or anything, and those apartments are simply not equipped for a disabled person. The doctor said that there should not be stairs and knowing the buildings in that place, I can confirm that there are steps on all levels, therefore, For this reason, it was not possible to find an apartment without steps on the lower level. Mr. Salvador López needs a convalescent hospital where he will be cared for 24 hours a day, 7 days a day. People who have never lived there have no reason to give bad comments, my friend. It is clear that it was not due to discrimination that he was not given any apartment,"

"If I could give my experience zero starts I would. The elderly lady Ana, that works at the leasing office discriminated againts my dad, a resident of Grandview apartments. Unfortunately my dads health detiorated rendering him disabled and in need of desperate accommodation to a low ground apartment. As we had just arrived, Ana did not let the leasing worker who which we were speaking with and explaining our situation to speak. Ana blantly just told us no with her hand on her hip upon hearing our situation. Ana is unprofessional and rude, this person that works at Grandview apartments likes to get into residents personal business and makes decisions upon what she hears from other people. It is disgusting and we know for a fact that it is happening in our situation. Ana is discriminating against my dad and she should be held responsible. In addition her lack of remorse and sour face towards me and my family was disturbing. The person that we were initially speaking with, before Ana talked over them, was much kinder, they expressed they were sorry for our situation upon us leaving. All while Ana just stared us down making us feel deeply uncomfortable. We cant believe that level of unprofessionalism is accepted at Grandview apartments complex and towards the family of a now disabled resident of Grandview apartments. Ana needs to leave or change her stand on meddling into people's personal life because it is NOT okay. Ana needs to be held responsible so that she doesn't keep discriminating against other people and residents. We feel troubled and disgusted, we leave this review telling our experience. The way we feel towards what happened is appropriate and a valid way to feel."

"Moved in almost 2 months ago. Staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Ms. Margarita. I like that the living room, closets and balcony are spacious. The community is kept cleaned. Office and Maintenance respond fast. Affordable rent price for this area. Metro bus stops in front of the community. Grocery stores and restaurants super close. I am enjoying my apartment. No complaints"
