"If I could give less than 1 star I would. Firstly, before I moved I had lived in this complex for three years and in that time there was a SHARP decline in the quality of service. I believe the one leasing agent has changed as of now but the issue is there seems to be only one single agent for the entire complex. Secondly, I was charged for a Resident Liability Program which I never saw the benefits of and yet still had to pay for. There were also exorbitant utility charges and a total lack of communication on the part of management. They also charged me for resident parking for months despite me not having a car while living there. They never resolved the issue despite me bringing it up to management several times. Thirdly, they started charging for visitors parking, which is ridiculous to me because I paid so much in rent just to pay MORE for my visitors?! Absurd. All in all I found the staff to be completely incompetent and unhelpful. Don't live here."

"It is a great apartment but moving out was not smooth at all. They charged me $2.5k because I gave a later notice after the 60 day notice saying "you're being charged a month" even though I won't be living there for a month. If it weren't for that this would be 5 stars. I get that I didn't notify in 60 days but I wasn't last minute either. I shouldn't be charged $2.5k FOR A MONTH I WON'T BE THERE."

"Great location, quiet, and if anything needs fixing, its done quickly and effectively. Management cares about the experience, residents are friendly, and pets are well behaved. The only thing I wish were better is the lighting glares into the bedroom and living room, so its difficult to sleep unless the bed/couch is positioned in a strange way"

"Please do not be fooled by Avril. Her main goal is to fill units not to guaranteed happiness or satisfaction. If you would like to be awoken by rattling paper and squeaking mouse sounds you would love to live here. Parking sucks unless you pay for a reserved spot. When I first moved in December 1st my kitchen appliances did not work. My washing machine and dryer wasn't working properly. They put in false uncompleted work orders. Picture and proof at bottom. Apartment has Plenty of mice. I have not seen any roaches yet. I slipped and fell down the stairs due to untreated stairwell 4 days after it snowed. BEWARE"

"Good apartments in an excellent location with the convenience of variety of stores and metro station very nearby. Maintenance staff are punctual and professional. A little upgrades to the Apartments will definitely be welcomed. The management has recently changed and I’m looking forward for the positive changes in-store for the apartments."
