"Never had issues here beyond parking. I moved out after my year was up bc I couldn’t afford the increase in rent and actually miss living here and want to come back. I love it here and regret just not looking for a smaller appt in the complex."

"I have been living here for 5 years and it use to be great but unfortunately their MANAGEMENT just keeps getting WORST over the years. When we first moved in it used to be a SMOKE free and PET free community, (clearly stated on lease and signs outside the building) but i have seen so many dogs around the building since 2022, i have a severe pet hair allergy and that is the main reason i moved here. I tried reaching to the management about my concern but no reply. Be careful if you go to the back bbq area because dogs are running without a leash and might jump on you and you might end up sneezing all day. (Happened just today) so save your money and get some place where they actually go by their policy"

"avoid this place at all costs!! They just care about money. There's no parking for guests, if you have them you have to pay $5. They give out more passes than they have spaces so if you pay $5 and you don't have a space, oh well. No refunds. I've had my guests towed overnight even with a pass. Staff seems confused on how to handle this issue. Staff is not friendly. Janitor staff has attitudes. Front desk staff spend most of time talking to residents instead of helping. Elevators are out of service the majority of the time. There's always some machine broken in the gym. Packages get left in the mailing room and nobody informs you. There's tons of places in Arlington, you can do better than this one!"

"Moved to Dolley Madison towers 3 months ago and I love the place so far. Very nice, clean and safe . My unit has a nice view and the People at the front desk are really kind and educated."

"lived at this place for 10+ years. When I found a house- they wouldn’t work with me at all on my move out despite me giving them 30 day notice. Wouldn’t prorate my rent or have any discussions about it. Don’t treat loyal residents at all like they matter."
