"Upon move out, I was charged for fees that were not agreed to on the provided move out document. After trying to connect with the management team several times and not hearing back, they sent my fee to collections. The management still will not return my emails. I do not advise to live with Greystar because it is a nightmare."

"This is the best apartment complex in Virginia! High Street offers every amenity you could want or think of for an apartment. Whether its the state-of-the-art pool (my friends are shocked when they see how luxurious it is), outdoor amphitheater, clubhouse, rooftop clubhouse, rooftop wine bar, or game room, you will never get bored living here. However, the most unique amenity is the property management staff! They care about each and every resident and often ask how they can make it even better place to live. They are friendly, personable, and, most importantly, great at their work - often outperforming expectations. Courtney and Gianpaul are always hosting an event for residents and maintenance responds to work orders in a timely fashion. Worth every penny to live and work in a very clean and safe community!
