"After going on 9 years me and my son was asked to vacant the premises. What bothers me the most is not only is it in winter with snow storms but during a pandemic. I was told I would never have to move once I moved in. I LOST a lot of my belongings due to the continually flooding basement, and a rodent problem prior to moving. Whomever gets the home next I hope it will be nice to you. Even upon move in it wasn't only got worst with time. I pray for all those faced with evictions at this time. This was not a money issue as you see it was confirmed in the text of why we had to move. Last three months full of insects and rodents. Hard to move if you will not be be approved for a place to go. As far as Tim in nine years I've seen quite a few Tim's and he can be nice depend on what day you catch him on. Wanted to do maintenance in a panademic without a mask did not feel too comfortable with that. There's suppose to be a no eviction up now due to Convid. City and County has did many. I put this up here to let you know my experience and will not be replying back to any backlash. I am well aware of how cruel the world can be. HOMELESS DURING PANDEMIC......"

"I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Carl McDilda (Please forgive me if I have spelled the last name wrong) and Timmy. Both of them have been extremely gracious and accomodating. Their availablilty is the most impressvie. Timmy is a very patient gentleman. He went beyond the call of his duty to answered all my questions in detail and had also tried to find a solution to any concern I had. For example, I needed a little extra space, and he offered to let me use their big back yard storage free of charge. They have fixed the property to the tee from scratch and it is pretty much a brand new house now. Timmy is like a Poice Chief of his area. He makes sure that his neighborhood remains safe and crime free. Mr. McDilda is an extremely polite and a profession gentleman. I appreciate him for returning all of my calls promptly in spite of his busy schedule, and he had accomodated me in rent too. Martinsville and its neigboring areas are very fortunate to have this florishing business there. I thank both of these genglemen from the bottom of my heart for their kind help and precious time."
