"Stay away. Very unprofessional management. Favoritism among residents causes lots of grief and legal issues. Maintenance crews walk right in without prior warning and leave muddy footprints all over your apartment. Loud, endless construction, months long with no A/C in the handicap units. Phyllis, the office lady is rude and unprofessional, her son lives on site and runs around dealing drugs and steals from residents only to have her defend him. Take my warning and find a new place that actually operates within legal guidelines."
