"We have lived here at The Pines for almost 4 months and have had a great experience so far. We moved from a house, and to a different state with a family of 6, so were nervous about going into an apartment and the issues that could arise, but the office staff is wonderful and friendly and responsive, the maintenance are there for you very quickly if you have an issue, and are also friendly and personable, and the pool and BBQ and tennis courts are awesome! Also, neighbors have been great and it is such a pretty area with great schools. My kids also love how the office makes and hands out cookies for them every Wednesday. I also like that the entrance is not on a major street and it is quiet and yet accessible to everything."

"The staff at The Pines of Roanoke made my out of state transition an easy one. Shayla is just terrific in every aspect and made me feel welcomed and at home. She answered all of my questions and demonstration nothing but excellent customer service and professionalism. The apartment I am in is super clean and modern.The grounds are very clean and neat. My neighbors are quiet. The Pines is conveniently located near many stores, banks, gas stations, houses of worship and more. Highly recommend."

Any concerns I had were addressed quickly and with great care. It's also a very pretty, pleasant community to live in. Moving back into apartments and the Pines is at the top of my list as I look for apartments!"

"I had a good experience living at The Pines. I found the office staff to be very accommodating with any concerns I had. The few times I needed to submit a maintenance request, the issue was fixed within 2 days or even addressed the same day. I had friendly neighbors who were not obnoxious in any way, but i t is worth noting that the walls are fairly thin and noise transfers through the walls more than I'd like but it did not become an issue for me. My overall view of the place was that it was well worth the money and if I hadn't needed to move for my job I would still be there."

"Horrible management, nosey neighbors who like to cause issues into others lives. Lots of crime. I never felt safe outside after dark. Sometimes during the day I got a bad vibe too. After moving out, we were told we owed $880 for renovations that should honestly be done between each move out. (Like carpet removal/cleaning and air duct cleaning) We were informed by a friend who still lives in the same building we lived in, that none of the renovations were ever done. if this place doesn't rob you with double utilities charges and hidden fees, then I'm sure someone out in the parking lot will. Jamie (the manager at the time) always gave a horrible negative rude attitude towards her tenants and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have clients who have told me similar stories too. I feel sorry for anyone who gets trapped in a lease with these people."
