"This place is horrible, from their employees that are either complete fools or intentionally inadequate, to some of the residents that reside here. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. The workers are lazy and never answer the phone, they are never in the office, they never fix anything and the rules that don’t effect them they don’t enforce such as quite hours or if your personal property gets vandalized. The cameras don’t work either. I ignored the bad reviews because the price of rent was so low. But they charge different tenants different prices and put the extra in their pockets. Do not live here the workers are untrustworthy and extremely disrespectful to any and all they come across."

"Heads up to future Blacksburg residents. Do not rent through Fieldstone apartments. Ever. It’s not worth the price and management is trash. They will bleed you dry for money. I’ve just moved out a few months ago and I’m still dealing with things regarding them. Maintenance is nonexistent. Customer service is a joke. No one ever is in the office or answered the phone. There have been several criminal reports and police get called at least once a week. Just giving everyone a warning. Don’t do it!"

"Just an awful, never seen such a bad experience outside of outright scams and money laundering businesses we applied months prior, management kept promising the apartment would be ready, but day after day they delayed the process to the point of leaving my elderly mother without a place to live and having to live in my house. required very intrusive bank account details and failed to grasp such concepts as freelance work, joint bank accounts and even going to the point of calling to inquire for the reasoning behind a 50 dollar donation to church, truly a level of professionalism to behold. renters beware you are dealing with individuals with very peculiar set of skills"

"I have to say that I have never had people who went above and beyond to make sure I could move into Fieldstone Blacksburg then those that work in the office! You guys rock! Beautiful brand new duplexes that are roomy and very comfortable! Always happy and glad to see you when you walk into the office. I've never felt so welcomed here than any other places that I've lived! God Bless You All! This is Sandra Samok."
