"Property is clean and safe, however, they will nickel and dime you when you’re leaving. I had a family emergency and had to sublease my apartment after only 6 months of living there. The property manager, Billie, was extremely rude and curt to me throughout the whole process. I attempted to call her and email her because she wasn’t responsive, and she emailed me back stating that she “just doesn’t do phone calls”. I just got my security deposit back, in which they charged me almost $300 dollars for “turnover paint”. Excuse me? I have never in my life had to pay for the paint that the landlord chooses to use in the apartment after I leave. I was there for less than 6 months! There was absolutely no damage to the walls and no need to even paint if they didn’t want to. I will be contacting a lawyer. If you want a company that is respectful and responsive and doesn’t steal your money…rent elsewhere."

"I tried to rent an apartment here for several months. Billie, was very hard to communicate with. This was going to be for my business when I visit town so it needed it to go into the business name. However, they refused to let me do this unless I Co-signed personally. We are a well established business with great credit and credit references. We even offered to pay the 1 year lease in advance and Billie still would not do it. Very unprofessional."

"I love living at the Parkway 301 Apartments! I moved and found that it was so convenient to the downtown but it was quieter than I thought it would be living in a city. It has great access to a garage with a discounted rate, and if I am dropping off something large I could almost always find a parking spot to do a quick unloading. Loved the extra storage options in the basement. Comes with a low extra cost, but its convenient cheaper than paying for a storage unit elsewhere."
