The Verso Founders Row building is pretty with very nice amenities such as quiet rooms to work in, a Keurig coffee maker and the rooftop is a wonderful place to relax. The hallways are wide and bright. The residents are welcoming and friendly."

"I live in California, I plan to move close to my daughter. I see the reviews of Verso Founders Row, they are very good. So, I fly to Falls church VA, the leasing consultant Maryesa Jackson showed me the units, she is very nice, and professional, patient to help me to fill the applications, follow up any question, offer me two month rent free, and amenities free. I visit neighborhood, walking trail ,bus 28 A, post office are nearby. After coming back, Maryesa still help me to inform me application get approved, answer lease questions. All done.I really appreciate her efforts to help me to settle in a day."

"We really enjoy living here and the Falls Church location is fantastic -- close to stores, restaurants and the W&OD Trail. On site, the exercise room, club room and lobby are stylish and functional. Really looking forward to enjoying the nice weather from the rooftop garden. And Verso residents also have access to the amenities across the plaza at Modera Founders Row (pool, game room, demonstration kitchen, pet spa). There are a ton of activities as well. The Verso staff made everything so simple, from move-in to getting everything set up to making sure we were settled in. And any questions or issues we had were quickly answered or addressed. It's a pleasure for us to call Verso home."

"I just moved into VERSO and it's awessome. My apartment is spacious with an open floorplan. I have a big kitchen with an island, upgraded appliances, and wine cooler! Nice bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, large bathroom. And, I love having a balcony. There is a fully-equipped gym, club room, and secure garage parking in the buliding. Plus, all the activities you want in an active-adult community. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The location is terrific. It's close to Tyson's Corner, I66 & I495 and Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Giant & Harris Teeter are all close by. The best are all the restaurants that are walking distance. So glad I made the decision to move here!"
